Dear Parents,

The daycare will be open on Monday November 12th.

We would like to welcome Dylan and Andrea to our program. Happy birthday to Sophia this month.

Flu season is coming, so if your child has flu-like symptoms, (vomiting, fever, diarrhea, cough, etc.) please keep your child at home until they feel better. Don’t forget to notify the daycare if your child is not feeling well, and will be absent.

With the bad weather approaching and traffic getting worse, please give yourself extra time for the commute as the daycare closes at 6:00, and the teachers would like to go home on time. The weather is still nice enough for children to play outside, so make sure your child has snow pants, hats, gloves, boots at the daycare.

The month of October was very fun and enjoyable. Children were very happy to celebrate Halloween. They learned new songs and finger plays. On October 31, we had our Halloween party. Children and some staff dressed up in nice costumes. Everyone was dancing and having fun.

This month, children will be learning about Remembrance Day, poppies, hibernation, and how different animals are getting ready for Winter.
